Here’s 50 Marketing Tips-Where Are You Going To Start?

Every day in business and in life we could be whirling dervishes. A little this, a little that. Multi tasking going nowhere. Decide on your top three actions for any day consistent with your monthly, quarterly, bi annual and yearly goals. Not as easy as it sounds. We become responsive and distracted by outside events and people contact. I first saw goals related actions referred to as your themes by James Altucher. Don’t beat yourself up if you had difficulty moving forward on actions you promised to take. However, if your actions were not consistent with your yearly and long term themes, and that problem is an ongoing one, then it is time to hire a business and life coach and come to our Big Ideas Mastermind Summit.

Pro Tip: Focus on #50 first and always.

The Paco Method System, aka “From The First 5 Seconds To A Lifetime Customer and Fan”, for those who like more formal titles, is much more than a couple of tweaks here and there in your food service, restaurant or bar or food truck operations. It’s an extensive ongoing program to fill the Empty Seats in your establishment consistently and turn your cash flow around. The kind of empty seats you see in the photos here in this post.

We’ve been receiving questions about The Paco Method, since we’ve announced our launch for April 4th. We’d like to add more information.

It’s been developed for any early stage restaurant, bar, food truck or any food or related service business, new or relaunching. It’s a system meant to get you up to consistent cash flow and profitable status as soon  It’s very flexible and highly adaptable to other similar businesses needing to attract new customers first, before you move into phase 2 of the Paco Method, which turns them into loyal long-time customers and fans of your business.

Many have asked is it only for food service establishments. It’s designed at this point to be implemented with them, but easily adaptable to other types of business and our Team would be glad to work with any “Good Fit” kind of business.

How do we get business to see the power of the Paco Method and our systematic approach to attracting new customers, and then creating zealots of your brand and business?  We begin to talk via email and online.

Firstly, we direct you to our template for Calculating The Value Of Every New Customer. This leads you to an Annual Revenue Increase Calculation.  Then we ask you to Calculate the Lifetime Value of that Customer using variables such as retention percentage, years as customer, number of annual visits and average value per visit.

You decide that the financial and management benefits of a managed/systematic New Customer/Lifetime Customer marketing and communications program are to your benefit.  We both feel like we are a good fit and you are prepared to test drive the program for a minimum period of 3 months.  Longer, if you wish exclusivity in your area or type of restaurant.

We provide you with a detailed Checklist and CheatSheet that you will use in implementing the program with our ongoing assistance.

The Checklist will include the following in full detail and much more proprietary information only our Clients will see.

*Detailed Analysis of your Competition

*Detailed Analysis and Audit of your Business

We Believe The Future of Business Is Social Enterprises

RedAdairOne of my business heroes is a firefighter.  A very specialized fire fighter.   Red Adair was his name.  He capped and halted oil well fires around.   Oil well fires are very costly.  It’s a finite resource.  Oil is valuable and has a price per barrel.   Adair often still had a lot of questions and concern about his fees. His famous quote sticks in my mind:

“If you think it’s expensive to hire a professional to do this job, wait until you hire an amateur”

Einstein is often quoted (I suspect perhaps only literally and not reflecting his nuanced meaning and understanding of what it is) as “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

One of the most difficult types of business to build is a social enterprises because it has a dual purpose and leaders and manager have to have at least two minds active at all times.  The team is rarely strong enough, even exhausted and the ideas are often weak and resources minimal.

This is our call to action to Social Enterprises everywhere to build a stronger team, reinforce and strengthen your mission and purpose, and your commitment.  This is our call to action to friends and supporters of social enterprises to encourage them to take the steps they need to succeed.

It is always about keeping in sight the mission and purpose of the enterprise, even when revenues must be paramount to allow the organization to continue.  Without achievement on the mission front, any success on the business side is just hollow.  We truly want social enterprises to succeed.

Mindset Important:

My experience leading a social enterprise and my observation of many others tells me starts with believing in yourself as an organization, believing in your mission, believing in your people. In many cases, mindset is the most appropriate starting point for business renewal and revitalization.

Social Enterprises Viable Future Business Model:

Personally, and as a consulting organization, we’re very bullish about the future of social enterprises as a viable business model in our market economies.  Even as a glass half full model, we need more enlightened entrepreneurs, more entrepreneurs with a vision for the world we all live in together, and more governments and regulatory authority that reward and encourage businesses with both a social mission and purpose that work and play in the competitive environment.

RempelGroup.com Offers Social Enterprises Pro Bono Growth Program

At RempelGroup, we’re motivated to help grow social enterprises within our market economies where ever they are located. On Tuesday we announced that we had extended our offer to assist social enterprises with strategy, management, coaching, and marketing.  Selected social enterprises will receive assistance on a pro bono basis  and a full letter of engagement will govern how we work and how we will assist.
